All services are subject to individual agreements, quotations, timelines, and availability.

4. Design Intent & Visualisations

All renders, mood boards, drawings, visualisations, and presentations are indicative artistic representations intended to communicate design intent.

Final materials, finishes, colours, textures, proportions, and products may vary due to:

• supplier availability,
• manufacturing tolerances,
• screen calibration,
• natural material variation,
• site conditions,
• third-party contractor execution.

FHD cannot guarantee that all products shown in visualisations will remain available at the time of implementation.

5. Quotations & Estimates

All quotations provided by FHD are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotes may exclude:

• VAT,
• delivery,
• customs charges,
• installation,
• contractor costs,
• site works,
• electrical or plumbing works,
• specialist surveys.

All estimates are subject to revision until formally confirmed.

6. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before work commences.

Unless agreed otherwise:

• deposits are non-refundable,
• project slots are secured only upon receipt of payment,
• procurement orders cannot be cancelled once placed with suppliers.

Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of the project.

7. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke joinery, made-to-order furniture, custom upholstery, wallpapers, and commissioned items are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• suppliers,
• logistics,
• customs clearance,
• manufacturing delays,
• force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• text,
• renders,
• concepts,
• layouts,
• drawings,
• graphics,
• branding,
• presentations,
• design ideas,

remains the intellectual property of Family House Design Ltd unless agreed otherwise in writing.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Portfolio Rights

FHD reserves the right to photograph, publish, and feature completed or conceptual work for portfolio, editorial, social media, award submissions, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Third-Party Suppliers

FHD may recommend third-party suppliers, contractors, or manufacturers. However, we are not responsible for:

• their workmanship,
• delays,
• pricing changes,
• contractual disputes,
• warranties,
• product defects,
• delivery failures.

Any agreement with third-party providers is entered into directly between the client and the supplier unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to FHD for the relevant service.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
